The justice system fails in many more cases than it actually works as it should…it's unfortunate. Law enforcement almost always does the bare minimum they have to do, to wrap up every case, and that's it.
Only movie I have seen that the bad/good guy switches. In the beginning you are on Clive's side and by then end you are on Jamie's side
Hello Leo. Every emotion that you’ve displayed here are the exact same ones when I first saw this film a long time ago. I too was very frustrated of the fact that this man was denied the justice for his wife and daughter when the attorney set the culprit free, just to keep the system running. As much as I don’t condone violence, let alone murder, if there’s anything that this film taught me like some others that fits in this topic: there’s no such thing as true justice in a world this vile and corrupt. Clyde has truly thought of everything except Sarah having that friend on the inside that managed to find his secret base of operations. If it wasn’t for that, he could’ve gotten away with it. This is why I could never bring a child into this life because I know that he or she will suffer until they die and if they were taken from me, I could never come back. At this point, I shall take matters into my own hands.

Just like "Joker" and Falling Down", you can sympathize with the characters, but you should be able to notice where they go too far.
I was as frustrated and upset as you first time watching.
