Leftover Roti Tacos Recipe ⬇️
*RECIPE*
1. In a pan add chopped green chilli garlic, one chopped onion and saute well.
2. Add 1 chopped tomato along with 1 tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp salt and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add chopped capsicum and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp pizza pasta sauce and 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
4. Mix it well and add paneer cubes and garnish with green coriander.
5. Take leftover roti and spread pizza pasta sauce and put stuffing, mozzarella cheese as shown.
6. Cook from both the sides using ghee.
7. Your delicious healthy cheesy tacos is ready.
