➡️ Steps :-
1. In a blender jar take 4 Kashmiri Red Chilli, 12-15 Garlic, 1 tsp Coriander seeds, 1 tsp Cumin seeds
2. Add some water and blend them together into a smooth paste
3. Transfer the paste in a bowl
4. Add ¼ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Salt and 1 large tbsp Mustard oil
5. Mix them well
6. Now take a thick brinjal, cut both the sides
7. Make slits on each Brinjal
8. Apply generous amount of masala on both sides of the brinjal
9. Heat mustard oil on tawa and place the brinjal slices
10. Roast on low flame until the bottom turns brown in colour
11. Flip and roast on other side as well
12. Lastly squeeze some lemon juice
13. Finish off with chopped coriander leaves
14. Serve with dal-chawal and Enjoy!!😋
