You can't just say I like this form I dont like that. His forms also serve a purpose. He is the supreme being but he respects Brahma's boon otherwise he doesn't even need to do anything and the demon lord would die on the spot.

The form of a boar was symbolism to the fact that even a mere boar to which the demons considered to be disgusting, is capable of defeating them and can be so supreme and divine as a form taken by Vishnu. The demons thought vishnu considers them insignificant meanwhile he defeated them using the form of a creature which is often considered disgusting and insignificant symbolising that for God nothing and no one is insignificant and everyone is equal. He took the form of Narsimh (Lion man) to nullify the boon's effect on the demon and kill him in a manner without violating any criteria of the boon. In future he takes form of Rama since a human was needed to kill Ravana.

24:07 you asked why lord Vishnu will change his form every time or several time because to kill the demon and protect the world. Some several demons have several Blessing, Growth, Enhancement by an is god for that Vishnu will take several forms. And part of this movie also the demon asked blessing from lord Brahma Dev ( the creation of world ) that he should not die in the morning or in the night, not with human or not with the animal, not with the weapon, and not in earth or not in space , also not inside the house and not outside the house so he took the lord Narasimha form

I'll try my best to answer all of those in a simple way possible.
Story isnt as simple as we see. The two demon brothers represent two core aspects of ego, me(elder brother)and mine(younger brother). Mr. Mine believe everything is mine. This aspect of mind can be easily destroyed (just remove things you hold dear) that's why he got killed with a single blow. Mr. Me is arrogant. He believes he knows everything and can win anything. That's why he put a lot of conditions in order to kill him. If you listen closely you can notice his conditions are dual in nature.This one is hard to beat, hence Vishnu comes in the end, kills every demons under Mr. Me and then kills him in the end.
The boy represents the complete surrender to the truth. (And for the question you mentioned the simple way to kill him is by stopping him from chanting. Try this exercise: Repeatedly Chant your name throughout a day and just stop. You'll get your answer).
And in the end comes the Vishnu, the truth of the world in the weirdest combination possible, human and lion. It shows that truth is beyond duality, neither black nor white. And only the truth is the instrument that can destroy the ego. Kid understood this truth in a very young age and with a lot of limitations. That's why Vishnu mentioned that you're more dear to me than the ones who already know me.
