Authentic Spanish Churros – Crispy, Cinnamon-Sugar Perfection

Indulge in the classic taste of Spain with our freshly fried, golden churros. Coated in cinnamon-sugar, these light and airy pastries are an irresistible treat. Serve warm with a rich chocolate dipping sauce for the ultimate churro experience.

Ingredients:
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 eggs
-110g flour
-50g butter
-25g sugar
-150ml water
-3 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon powder

Recipe:
-in a pot over medium heat, melt the butter in with the water, vanilla and sugar, and bring to a simmer.
-add in flour and stir vigorously until it forms into a ball and continue rolling the ball on the heat for one minute more.
-transfer dough ball into a separate bowl, let it cool for 5 minutes.
-then one at the time beat in the eggs until well combined.
-transfer mixture to a piping bag with a star tip nozzle.
-bring a pot of oil to temperature. Squeeze mixture onto the oil and with a pair of scissors.
-cut the dough into strips. Fry until golden brown.
-for chocolate sauce melt chocolate of your choice In microwave and enjoy 😉
