I failed to understand if this is for a common audience, giving a call to action; head down and focus on the value, not scale. I tried focusing on the topic it feels too random. It's too general a talk to actually understand what we're even talking about. I'm sorry this one is all over the place.
Perhaps a second part, where we discuss specific topics, such as determining value for the company, investors, or employees, or when to scale or push back. Clear case studies for their Achilles heel, and because of this, they lost faith in the Pakistani market, so if a new player is entering a specific segment of Tech startup, they are informed.
These do require more work, but they can be a whole series of engagements. It could be doubling your user base. General in general out. Specific in, specific out!
