Had the best time creating these delicious cafe style drinks with the amazing Sanya Malhotra! ❤️

And it turned into a full-on caffeine high 😅☕

We ended up making four absolute favourites – Instant Iced Coffee, Mango Matcha Latte, Tiramisu Coffee, and the super cozy Hot Coconut Milk Latte. 🧋💛

This is our first guest in the new YFL kitchen and it could not get better! The whole day was just pure fun, good vibes, great drinks, and way too much laughter. Also… experimenting with matcha in so many ways was quite fun 💚

    Written recipe:

    Classic Iced Coffee

    (Served in a 500 ml can glass)

    INGREDIENTS:
    INSTANT COFFEE | इंस्टेंट कॉफी 1.5 TSP
    JAGGERY POWDER | गुड़ पाउडर 2 TSP (ADJUST TO TASTE)
    WARM WATER | गुनगुना पानी 2–3 TBSP
    ICE CUBES | बर्फ के टुकड़े AS REQUIRED
    OAT MILK | ओट मिल्क 200–250 ML
    CINNAMON POWDER | दालचीनी पाउडर A PINCH (FOR GARNISH)

    METHOD:
    Add instant coffee, jaggery powder, and a splash of warm water directly into the serving glass.
    Use a milk frother to whisk until it turns light and frothy.
    Add lots of ice, pour in oat milk, and stir gently to mix.
    Dust a little cinnamon powder on top for garnish.
    Your smooth, creamy & refreshing Classic Iced Coffee with Oat Milk is ready to enjoy.

    Tiramisu Latte

    Ingredients (Serves 1, 500 ml Glass):
    MILK | दूध 200 ML
    VANILLA ESSENCE | वनीला एसेंस 1 TSP
    CONDENSED MILK | कंडेंस्ड मिल्क 1-2 TBSP
    ICE CUBES | बर्फ के टुकड़े AS REQUIRED
    INSTANT COFFEE | इंस्टेंट कॉफी 1.5 TSP
    HOT WATER | गर्म पानी 3–4 TBSP
    MASCARPONE CHEESE | मास्करपोन चीज़ 2 TBSP
    CONDENSED MILK | कंडेंस्ड मिल्क 1 TBSP
    VANILLA ESSENCE | वनीला एसेंस 1/2 TSP
    FRESH CREAM | फ्रेश क्रीम 2 TBSP
    COCOA POWDER | कोको पाउडर FOR DUSTING

    Method:

    In a 500 ml glass, add milk, vanilla essence, and condensed milk. Froth using a milk frother until the milk turns light, creamy, and slightly foamy.
    Add lots of ice to fill the glass.
    In a small bowl, mix instant coffee and hot water to prepare a strong coffee concoction. Pour it gently over the ice. You can also make this prior and chill it.
    For the tiramisu cream foam, in a separate bowl add mascarpone cheese, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and fresh cream.
    Froth using the milk frother until the mixture turns thick, smooth, and airy.
    Spoon or pour the frothy mascarpone cream on top of the coffee.
    Dust generously with cocoa powder and your delicious, indulgent Tiramisu Latte is ready.

    Mango Matcha Latte

    Ingredients (Serves 1, 500 ml Glass):
    MATCHA POWDER | माचा पाउडर 1 TSP
    WARM WATER | गरम पानी 50 ML (NOT BOILING)
    COCONUT MILK | नारियल का दूध 200 ML
    JAGGERY POWDER | गुड़ पाउडर 1 TBSP
    MANGO PULP | आम का गूदा 3–4 TBSP (or BERRY SQUASH as an alternative)
    ICE CUBES | बर्फ के टुकड़े AS REQUIRED

    Method:

    Sieve the matcha powder into a bowl or matcha whisking cup to remove lumps.
    Add a small amount of warm water (not boiling) and whisk briskly in a “W” motion using a bamboo whisk or small hand whisk until smooth, frothy, and lump-free.
    Once a bright green foam forms, your matcha base is ready.
    In a separate glass, add coconut milk and jaggery powder.
    Use a milk frother to blend until creamy and lightly frothy.
    In a 500 ml can glass, add mango pulp (or berry squash), spreading it slightly along the base for a layered look.
    Add loads of ice cubes.
    Pour the sweetened coconut milk over the ice.
    Gently pour the whisked matcha on top to form distinct green and yellow layers.
    Serve immediately, your refreshing Mango Matcha Latte is ready.

    Hot Matcha Cinnamon Latte

    Ingredients (Serves 1, Coffee Mug):
    MATCHA POWDER | माचा पाउडर 1 TSP
    WARM WATER | गरम पानी 50 ML (NOT BOILING)
    COCONUT MILK | नारियल का दूध 250 ML
    JAGGERY POWDER | गुड़ पाउडर 1 TBSP
    CINNAMON POWDER | दालचीनी पाउडर 1/4 TSP + A PINCH FOR GARNISH

    Method:
    Sieve the matcha powder into a bowl or cup to remove lumps.
    Add warm water (not boiling) and whisk briskly in a “W” motion using a bamboo whisk or small hand whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
    Set aside, this is your matcha base.
    In a saucepan, add coconut milk, jaggery powder, and cinnamon powder.
    Stir and heat gently over low flame for 3–4 minutes until it comes to a light simmer and slightly reduces.
    Use a milk frother to blend until creamy and airy.
    Add the matcha base to a coffee mug.
    Pour the hot cinnamon coconut milk over it.
    Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon powder.
    Serve immediately, your cozy, Hot Matcha Cinnamon Latte is ready.
