I’m staying at an Airbnb tonight, the host wants to greet us and has communicated throughout the process. It’s smart! Automation AI generated communication doesn’t do crap!!

See… You don't hire jobs you hire people. Depending on the person who's there, they go beyond the job description and should be treated accordingly.
What is his name
The antithesis of the doorman fallacy is the gardener fallacy. You hire a gardener to work in your garden in order to relief stress and the obligation for you to do it. The gardener finger weeds and always needs to have a fire to burn weeds etc. At the height of the weed season (May, June) he goes on holiday so you have to do the weeding, the smoking fires annoy your neighbours and you have to buy compost (because it’s easier for a gardener to stand around feeding a fire that make a compost heap). You buy nice plants and he either treads on them or digs them up. He then wants a pay rise. Long story short your cost is a multiple of what you pay a gardener. You have to put a multiple of time and energy into the garden that you wouldn’t have to do if you didn’t have a garden. I like this fallacy and I’m going to use it a posteriori !!
Should be called the consultant fallacy. Still find it baffling how companies waste money on consultants.
How hard would it be to proof the captions before publishing? The word "fantasy" making no sense in this context is your first clue, and – more to the point – he clearly says "fallacy" out loud with his own mouth.
