I thought I was the only one who cuts veggies in different sizes in recipes. One for flavor, one for texture.
This looks really good. My only thing is that those noodles have to be mush. 25 mins in that pot, and those noodles are way too done. They should be aldente. I wouldn't have put the chicken in for a bit and then added the noodles about 10 mins before adding finishing ingredients. Just my thoughts that you didn't ask for. Lol
Got to hit that fond with some sauvignon blanc then reduce it down before the flour to add a whole other lvl of flavor on that
