No this is not hiw we mediteraneans eat. This is restaurant food, at home it's meat, bread, soup, fruit and nuts, nit to mention a mountain of cakes 🤣Salads when visitors come. Otherwise this is rabbit food.
Now see those are my nails very natural and unpolished. Those are the nails that I want back.
For meat eaters you can throw chicken or steak on that. Or even a hard boiled egg. You could eat it for breakfast with a hard-boiled or sunny.
