Cabbage Beef Casserole… a hot dish for a cool night! There seems to be some controversy between “hot dish” and “casserole”. Hot dish is supposedly layered and casseroles are mixed but I am not buying it. In the South, if the recipe has several ingredients and it is served hot… it’s a casserole. 😂 The simplicity of this recipe makes it so versatile. It could be a side or shine as a meal!
