Memorization technique that never failed me 😏💪🏻

If you have a hard time recalling, you should definitely try this memorisation technique that has never failed me.

Try it yourself:
⭐️ Read information
⭐️ Recite it out loud (as if you teaching someone)

By actively recalling information from memory, you are engaging with the material more deeply and strengthening the connections in your brain that help you retain the information. This can make it easier to recall the information later on when you need it. 😉

  1. My trick called "Stepwise thinking'' for a 2-day course:
    DAY 1-
7:30 Am- Wake up, get freshen up and brush ur teeth
7:45 Am- enough time pass so now gather ur materials. (Ones I use: pencils, eraser, pen, highliter, notes, copies, books and notebooks for extra summary and knowledge+it's not important if u only want these u can also use other materials)
8:22 Am- study till 8 and then go showering
9:00 Am- i recommend having light breakfast like pancakes, breakfast serial and eggs (boiled, hard, scrambled just any way that u like it, it will work)

HOW CAN I STUDY MORE EFFECTIVELY TILL 1 PM AND I'M STILL CRAVING FOR LUNCH!? (chapter 1)

First you need to complete the chapters one by one so first go print out your notes or ask ur parents to help then Take out your materials or the ones that I had mentioned and remember if u are pulling an all nighter bring some caffeine drinks and water most importantly to study without sleeping then you just need to relax yourself and set a pomodoro timer then grab your notes and start highlighting the important topics with colourful highlithers. Now from this part you are gonna take out your practice diary/notebook and copy from the book! Then after ur done it's okay to take a bit of snacks but after your done eating revise the chapters one by one and sometimes the questions non-serially so that your proved that whatever comes in the exam you can write it. And keep ur phone in a quiet place and get into full ultra studying mode okay!? And also Don't work too hard sometimes take 1-2 minutes short break..

    WHAT TO EAT!? (chapter 2)

The most heavy options for everyday lunch is: Chicken, Fish, plain white rice, Coffee (non sugared or made with brown powder sugar)

    Day 1 (*CONTINUED*)

2:47 PM- After sleeping after a while go do ur dishes if u haven't already and then after you just need to revise them and put sticky notes all over the wall with how much time u have left, I always pull from 3:PM to 11:30 For studying sometimes in the examination but this does also not mean you should not regularly do excersize and studying.
5:31 Pm- now again wake up and freshen your mind, I'm a 100% sure it's filled with Shaky shaky, BTS and stupid things. I'm not also saying that BTS is stupid but don't make that a addiction. If u seriously wanna study.. then study.

HOW SHOULD I STUDY!? (chapter 3)

So basically grab your blanket, in the bed this time gather all 6 copies, books and notebooks And the materials but first don't forget to clean ur desk, bring ur ipad or laptop, keep your mobile aside and use earphones or headphones to block the noise. Now you'd probably be thinking to take notes but no. this time solve the months old book questions by yourself, no chatgpt, no meta, no gemini, no Google and no youtube. If u can't review the notes again and again till ur fully confident and do it comfortably. Now you can use your mobile a bit but not too long, only 7 mins, which I think is enough for your brain to get virus installed. Now if u like you can shorten your mobile usage or ask your family to hide the phone sonewhere else where u can't find it and then now go and with ur tablet/ipad or laptop, come into research mode and then go on YouTube and with the online videos. Learn the chapters one by one easily through basic teaching and that is also a good way to not push yourself into a fake digital world of your own answers. and since windows is an GUI, you don't need to do much on your laptop if u have one. And i recommend if your studying physics, math or anything related to mathamatics I hope you use it.. yes grab your calculator for a while then start doing the sums by your own.. now make some fill in the blanks and fill up the empty spaces with the knowledge that u have. And remember that u still have an day left. So if u want to journal or do makeup/skincare there is enough time so go do it after studying and go for daily walks cuz too much studying can also effect our mind.. now after reading some pretty nice and good novels read your summaries and through chatgpt make them smaller.
9:30 Pm- eat dinner. (A medium and balanced meal but also this time I'm not here to judge and control what you eat)
10:00 Pm- after eating do some yoga and meditation and relax on ur bed peacefully. Not with the full blanket mode then think of something or creature you like. They/she/he/it can be anything. But not multiple choices at once then think about your loved once and cry about them. Once your relieved that some people are still by your side and supporting you to complete the course and achieve your dreams, go revise the notes and with a highlither mark all the difficult spellings in your book or copy. Go buy a long copy for better space and texture. (If u want to gym you can go to gym)
11:30 Pm- Your routine is finished.

    DAY 2:

Eat whatever you like for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But don't forget to use the materials and tips that I said guys and girls.. I hope you all have listened my dear ladies and gentlemen!
