By actively recalling information from memory, you are engaging with the material more deeply and strengthening the connections in your brain that help you retain the information. This can make it easier to recall the information later on when you need it. 😉

A tip I use is a mix I first read a para a few times then recite it without referring to notes then write it down once too but if I’m having a lesser time I just read it once and then imagine I’m teaching someone and explain the content in the simplest way possible.

guys i just put my k-pop plushies in front of me, put the photocards in front of them (photocards are basically pokemon cards w kpop idols if u didnt know) & like i recite everything and i add in references and stuff so i can like remember idk but its worked for me HOPE THIS HELPSSSS <3333
