Which sausage do you want to eat first?
Today I’m hanging out with Peluche Torres (@PelucheTorres ) go on a small Mexican street food tour in Mexico City. Here are the places we ate:
Rica Pancita Anita (https://maps.app.goo.gl/jDYLFBVMwT4RQdrN8) – First up we headed to Rica Pancita Anita to eat what’s called pacita, or menudo, a stew of cow stomach and organs boiled in chiles and achiote. It was delicious and a Mexican breakfast of champions.
Ricos Tacos Toluca (https://maps.app.goo.gl/M4qz1juVWGM3YJuj8) – But the real highlight of the day was going to this unbelievable Mexican street food stall that specializes in sausages and longaniza from Toluca. They have half a dozen different sausages, and some very unique ones, like the green sausage loaded with jalapenos. It was amazing, and unlike any other tacos I’ve ever had.
Thank you again to @PelucheTorres for taking me around, go check out his amazing videos!

Does Mark still have his gallbladder after all the spice he’s eaten over the years?

I don't put lime on my mexican food…it steals the true flavor of the food
En chihuahua a la pancita le decimos menudo y le agregamos maíz pozolero, pero la base es exactamente la misma. Me parece curioso como un platillo tiene sus presentaciones diferentes en cada estado es una maravilla ver eso.
