I'm so glad Vietnamese food is getting more recognition besides just pho. I honestly believe Vietnamese cuisine is the best cuisine out there if I had to choose one. There's just so much variety that people don't know about. There are so many soup dishes, rice dishes, curry dishes, noodle dishes, bread dishes etc. that I feel if people tried they would fall in love with it because of how flavorful it is. It just blows my mind how much variety is in Vietnamese cuisine.
