Spoken like someone who doesn't really know NYC. Four Charles is good, but not the hardest reservation in the City. The donuts are junk. Katz's is a classic, but filled with tourists, so go at an off hour if you want to try it. The dumplings are good, but there are lots of good dumpling spots in Flushing, Chinatown, and Sunset Park. L'Industrie or Scarr's is the best slice shop, but the pizza is better a number of different pie shops
