I actually do appreciate that Nara shows a wide variety of foods. She isn’t afraid of sugar, flour, or butter — and she also shares nourishing meals she eats for her own health. In theory, that aligns with what I believe: all foods can fit, and we don’t need to label things as “good” or “bad.”
But the tension comes in the packaging. The flawless makeup, the luxury lifestyle, the body type that happens to fit society’s beauty standard — all of that creates an image that feels unattainable for most women. And when millions of young women are watching, the message stops being just about food. It becomes about beauty, perfection, and a standard no one can realistically live up to.
That’s why I find this genre of content complicated. I support the idea of balance, but I also believe we need to talk honestly about the influence and responsibility that come with presenting it in this way.

Honestly, I’d eat that 😂
You’d think people have never eaten a salad before 😂😂
It's actually a good healthy snack .
If she wants to eat a bit of lettuce before bed, no one is stopping her, but that's not a deconstructed salad 😭
When we are so used to snacking on crap, things like this look silly, as Ecuadorian, this is so refreshing
My daughter loves romaine leaves!!
I love Nara and lucky idc 😂❤
I eat the lettuce plain too, I often eat the tomato plain with some salt.
She had energy for makeup tho …
Can everyone stop tapping on shit, it’s not cute
