Panicked when it didnt DEscale after 3secs. I just kept unplugging the machine when it was alr empty! THREE TIMES! This really is false instruction. This might damage my machine for not allowing proper cool down.
What the hell is the lungo button?
I descaled my machine and was hopeful because it didn't leak water during the descaling process. Unfortunately, after the descaling, not only did it leak clear water again, but it did not produce any espresso. I tried reloading the pod multiple times and starting/stopping, including unplugging. What now?
Update your video asap!!when I push simultaneously the 2 buttons machine turns off..this is crazy

@Nespresso could you please use safer materials which are in contact with the coffee itself please? We, the people, dont want to drink plastic toxins.
Now no water pumps through just makes a noise
