Just got mine, doesn't suck the water, so nothing came out
Staying in a hotel with this POS machine in my room. Absolutely infuriating dropping pods in the exact same place and method shown in the video, and seeing them fall right through the machine. Your machine sucks.
Ok. Not too clear. I use clean water for 1st litter. Do I reuse it? Do I need to cool the water down? Or I use 3 liters of bottled water just to clean it for 1st use? Thanks
