I definitely don't get the hype about Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. He is 100% correct.
Ilia skin tint does smell really weird, and that jet lag face mask was a disappointment for me also. 😢
I can't cosign the Olaplex one 😅. I use it once a week and my hair always comes out so soft and when I blow it out I always have that full 90's blowout look. I use the number 3 first then the shampoo, conditioner and finish off with #6 before blow drying and a dab of the oil. It's definitely not something I would use daily though.
Ilia skin tint is life changing, or at least it was for me. If you have dry sensitive skin and like a natural dewy finish, try it.
I got off the Olaplex train and with Dove, Kerastase, and Amika my hair has never looked better! And the Rhode bs.. all I see are 12 years old kids with the crap in the SMALL boring gray packaging or that stupid chunky "pocket blush" hate Hailey and JB! It's overrated drugstore or dollar store at best. And the jet lag mask .. so disappointed it didn't help my dry skin at all either there are so many better products for a quarter of the price
Agree with all of these.
Rhode is so overhyped (like many luxury or high end brands). It's all marketing. They pay influencers ans then the power of persuasion does It's thing until us mere mortals are charging this junk to our credit cards.

I have the ilia skin tint. It doesn’t smell like fish but it doesn’t smell great. It’s fine once it dries down though
