25% fun budget. 15% saving is assuming that the market return is going to be really good in our life time.
In most of the countries i know, there is no investing opportunity. People are happy when their savings are not lost to high inflation.
BEEN WATCHING NISHA SINCE DAY , VERY RESPECTABLE , YOUNG WOMEN TRUE PHILANTHRAPIST GREAT EXAMPLE FOR ASIAN BUSINESSWOMEN!!
index funds come with annual management fees
Steven's interview skills came across really clinical and cold here and I felt like he was dissecting Nischa and didn't offer enough empathy other than a tissue which was later 😢.
I love her videos and I really feel she brings value to the world. It is helping me change into a better person with my finances.
Respect for Stiven and guests !
She is so frugal she won’t even use the handle on the mug in fear it may break off. I’m also pretty sure she owns one light bulb and moves it between rooms. She appears either scared of driving, or scared of her car breaking down and using her “math” as an excuse. Would love to meet her.

Doesn't sound sincere
Oh man. I can see her advice being bastardized by people who stop hearing at “You don’t need to buy a house…” and skipping part2 in investing the difference between paying a mortgage vs rent and instead living the good life in buy now pay later. Then they’ll be in the same boat when prices double in the next 10 years. Meanwhile the value of my house tripled. How do you fight inflation? Easy you buy assets.
