  2. I just love your videos Man.🔥💯 I'm going through a 90 day challenge of building habits, Mental Health, physical health, skill development, spiritual alignment, and relationships. Ever since I have started I know now the person who I want to become, confidence regained, I'm locked in the grind. I'm currently on day 39 and everything I do everyday I record it in my journal. Day by day I feel like quitting, feel unmotivated. But I just keep pushing. I'm destroying that old me, and becoming the man I want to be. Appreciate your content man, it just keeps me going every time I listen to it. Much love brother from South Africa💯🏆

  4. Want some pointers if you’re just starting out and not sure where to begin? TL;DR, Start small, move up.

If you’re really badly out of shape, start with something simple. Walking. Get yourself some good shoes with some good insoles, it’s important. When walking becomes boring, you can walk more. Up to 2-3 hours a day if you want, maybe more.

Bedbound? Eat healthy foods, stay away from the junk. Eat rotisserie chicken, sardines, frozen veggies, fruits for sweets and whole grain bread or brown rice with a rice cooker. You’ll drop massive amounts of weight in weeks. Put on some music, shake your arms, dance in bed, wiggle your feet, play your belly or your laps like a drum as if you’re throwing a goodbye party to your fat. You’re burning calories.

When you’ve reached the stage where those aren’t challenging enough, create a balanced routine. Strength, Cardio, Mobility. Start with 3 days a week, walk after meals on your days off. Do some strength training (push-ups, planks, squats) and get some dumbbells, 5 if female, 10 if male. Google how to cover every muscle with dumbbells. Dumbbells also promote stabilizing muscles too, unlike barbells. Start small, do more later. Lifting should be 3 sets of 5-12, with 3-1-3 movements. 3 seconds lifting, 1 second hold, 3 seconds going down. 5 steady lifts are better than 20 fast ones.

When that becomes too easy, add more weight. Get some adjustable dumbbells. The goal is to feel nothing during your lifts and the burn kicks in after you set the weights down. If you’re doing 12 reps consistently for 2 weeks, move up another 5-10lbs and keep going. 55-60lbs is more than excellent. You can also stick to lighter weights too if you want if you’re going for that spider-man look.

Lazy? Me too! 😂 Find a full body exercise that you like. Me? I love the rowing machine. You can get one on Amazon for $170-$180 on sale RIGHT NOW. Easy to set up, doesn’t take much room, it’s great. There’s also kettlebell swings, burpees and other things too. Yes, exercise is uncomfortable and it’ll make you sore but you’re growing. Find the one that like the most, or the very least dislike the least.

Above all, be consistent. It doesn’t matter if the scale isn’t budging or you feel like you’re getting nowhere, because gains happen so slowly they may as well be invisible. Just keep pushing and keep going. Take a day off if you want, just don’t give up.

😎 Come with me if you want to lift.
