Learn how to be a man and how to be masculine in this book summary of No More Mr Nice Guy by Robert Glover.

★★★ SOCIAL ANXIETY COACHING ★★★

Hey, it’s Brandon! On a 60-minute Zoom call, I will help you to stop caring what people think of you.

I will help you to get your social skills to a level where you’re enjoying yourself and not constantly second-guessing everything.

In high school I used to be a ‘floater’ – I’d walk around from group to group, never feeling like I fit in. I was always the quiet one, and I was afraid to talk to women, let alone understand them.

Now I talk to women with ease, dive into public speaking gigs with enthusiasm, vibe with my real friends, and choose to be the one who organizes get-togethers.

My approach is to ‘cut to the mustard’ and get to the Truth of parts of yourself you are hiding, but only as far as you are willing to go. I will never force you to do or say something you don’t want to do.

My number one reason for helping you is to get you to place in yourself where you feel like you are free. You are at ease. Because you are being the authentic you!

When you were growing up, you received messages from your family and the world around you that it was not safe, acceptable, or desirable for you to be who you were, just as you were.

This has resulted in Nice Guys who…

-Co-create poor relationships with women
-Try to hide their flaws and mistakes
-Put other people’s needs and wants before their own

And a whole laundry list of other things:

-Seek approval of others
-Sacrifice personal power and play the role of the victim
-Disassociate themselves from other men and masculine energy
-Create situations where you don’t have very much good sex
-Fail to live up to their full potential

Now, if you’re a Nice Guy and you don’t have 10 minutes to watch and understand the lessons in this video, then you’ll likely continue to feel unhappy.

You might not think you’re a Nice Guy. But you could be.

So keep watch this video to find out if you are one and learn what to do about it!

  1. I recently got the book & DEVOURED it. I'm reading it again and working on the exercises. Also Got the "Hero's Journey", which I peeked in and can't wait to read & work on. I'm finding it quite hard to find a support group, would appreciate finding one.

  2. Man, this is nothing new at all. It is called being "agreeable". Target character who is suggested by the book is called "assertive". There are already many studies on those, their behavioral patterns and consequences of such behaviors.
I will yet again act like an smartass asshole and even then use the word "guess". So here it is, my "guess" is that this basically yet another selling story of "stop being a loser and become go get what you want… become a winner" book. One of those that hypes the audience but nearly never make a difference other than generate capital for the writer and publisher… or the content creator who made this video about it. I mean the cover actually says "A proven plan plan for getting what you want in love, sex, and life"… I need no other proof than that whatsoever.
Do you want to make a difference? better yourself? Try f..king hard, take the necessary measures and maybe just maybe you will see some results. I say it from the experience being nowhere near there being that lazy person, but at least do not show the disrespect to it just by thinking reading a book will be enough for it. "Ohhh, this book opened my eyes, changed my perspective"… yeah so easy-peasy, just going for the not-working shortcut yet again..

  3. I know this is a book summary so maybe not the viewpoint of the video creator.
One of my biggest problems with the whole “let’s dump on nice guys movement” can be shown in the third segment. It describes a man as dressing his daughter nicely to take her for a walk. It explains that he’s doing this consciously or subconsciously to get approval, attention and validation. Umm… ok, how do you know this? Could he not be doing it because he’s a good father? It’s led women to have thoughts like “he held the door for me, that must mean he’s one of those nice guys and he’s trying to get something from me”. No, actually I was raised to have manners and that this is what you do in a polite society. We’re to the point that accusing someone of being nice is now an insult. You can’t know what someone else’s motives are. And as far as the section on how nice guys are created, we don’t need to go back to childhood. Women teach grown men that if they don’t submit and give them what they want (be a people pleasing nice guys) they can file for divorce, destroy the family and devastate a man’s life. Most men become nice guys just to keep the peace and try to avoid a major war.
