  1. I don’t get it , what is the point of life if your alone and no one cares about you , why even fight if your living in a world that doesn’t care about your wellbeing. Kinda over all the narcissism even motivated narcissism of no one is coming to save you , another product of a world that only cares about self and not neighbors.

  2. There’s this moment no one talks about ,when you look in the mirror and don’t recognize the person staring back. Not because you’ve changed too much, but because you stopped changing at all. That was me a few months ago. The gym didn’t fix it, scrolling made it worse, and the silence after she left was loud enough to drown me. I started listening to Goggins, Hamza, all those late-night motivation clips anything that made me feel like moving again. Somewhere along the way, I picked up From Fog to Focus by Maven Kade, and one line from that book stuck in my head: “As you read this, your future self is either cursing you or thanking you. Choose thanks.” That sentence hit different. It made me realize how often I’d promised my future self change, but kept giving him excuses instead. Now I remind myself of it every morning before the gym, before work, before every decision that counts. Because one day, I’ll meet that version of me and I want him to be proud, not pissed. If you’re reading this, remember: your life doesn’t change when things get easier. It changes when you finally get tired of lying to yourself and start doing something about it

  3. Starting to hate all of this. Why the fuck do we even live together as humans when at the end we're supposed to do and save ourselves.

That feeling of "you're fucked" gorgeous, truly gorgeous. Starting to understand today's youth joking about "wanna die" because why struggle. It's all bullshit anyways.

    Have a good one

  4. Sometimes the most unexpected things end up reaching us in ways we didnt know we needed like a quiet reminder that theres more to explore beneath the surface. I wasnt searching for anything in particular, just going through the motions, feeling a little off, like something inside me was trying to get my attention. When I came across The Law Behind the Laws by Owen Hermsting, I didnt expect much, but it ended up being the gentle nudge I needed to start looking inward again. It helped me notice the patterns Id been blind to, the parts of myself Id been avoiding, and offered a quiet kind of clarity. If youve been feeling a little out of step with yourself too, maybe this will be that same quiet reminder for you.
