Are tightlining and lining your waterline bad for your eyes? Sure, it might look better but what about my eye health and the risk of infection for putting makeup directly into my eye? I always wonder about this. I do love your winged eyeliner technique Marlena. Your makeup tips are my go to as im 54 and have dark circles, wrinkles and hooded eyes and so makeup can get tricky with my mature skin.

The goth in me will never die."Looking natural" is not the goal.

I’ve been using brown eyeliner because I feel like black just looks way too harsh now that I’m in my 40’s.

Your hair style makes me cringe just too dated!

OH, no no no no NO! Do NOT put anything on the INSIDE of your eye, which is where the rima palpebralis, or "waterline" for dummies, is. Don't risk your vision.
