It’s not limited to doing just one thing inside your body… making it a double-edged sword with both benefits /and/ risks. We’re starting to learn what all those things are, and while some of it is great, some of it is less great. So here are 5 things they’re not telling you about semaglutide.

1:02 – I figure Hank wouldn't mind this pedantry: that ain't no acronym
OK, so no information about what happens after somebody stops taking it?
Oh cool, didn't know french kissing a reptile heals diabetis, lol! 😂
So basically it's a wonder drug. The 'negatives' are really very minor… Can't wait for the generic version!
"we're starting to learn what some of those things are" isn't that what clinical trials are for? That's why we needed RFK Jr
hi, as someone who has taken Mounjaro and Ozempic, and as a type 2 diabetic since 2022 (insulin resistance since 2014 i think) its great and terrible at the same time. Mounjaro when I first started taking it in 2022, it was prescribed by my General doc, and he just kept upping the dose every month, and was not aware that the side effects that I had were relating to the meds were because of them until 1 year after. I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks because I could not keep anything down and felt like crap while taking Mounjaro. I then would ask for dose increases myself based on how I'm feeling. and I've gained basically all the weight I lost while on Mounjaro back because i did not build the healthy habits needed to maintain the weight loss…
so you say "they aren't telling you" these things. However, All of this was stuff my doctor went over with me. I would say here the lesson is you should get a new doctor if you didn't know these things.
Recently got my annual checkup with a new doctor with my new insurance. As soon as he saw me, a heavy set guy, he started to hint that I should go on Ozempic. Mind you he hasn't even seen my blood work or health history yet. When I asked what are the risks he just deflects it and says that "As your Doctor I wouldn't tell you to take a medicine that will kill you" now Im looking a for a new doctor as that is not how a health professional should be behaving and its triggering red flags in my head that this guy is getting some type of kickback for getting people onto Ozempic.
been taking ozempic for 2 years now , weight loss is life changing really. Only " side effects " are rarely some belly aches and diarrhea. Nobody knows about long terms effects though , that remains to be seen
The pharmaceutical industrial complex is staged to make more money than anything ever in history by selling this drug you're referring to. It is the number one recipient of welfare and yet also the number one selling drug in the world. It is a scam
