Help me guys, I've been so distracted and I don't know how to do it anymore, I feel restless and I feel like I am a burden

My exam to be a doctor in 12 december. Now, i promise that i will win and i will become doctor.

My English is not that good.But I want to share my situation to y'all guys.I have my exam dec onwards.once I was a topper but due to some problems I can't focus in anything rn .teachers are just so mad at me and they're asking how can you pass next exam! I feeling soo down but still I know it's my future and I have to work for it no matter what.i gonna start from today itself and please pray for me .so that I can have a good comeback and my future depends on this exams score.please pray for me guys.
