No hate, but Papa Fries, honestly… I had one of the worst food experiences here. The cheese was bad and bitter — probably the worst part, not even edible. The chicken wasn’t even cooked properly, which is just unacceptable. To make it worse, I literally noticed insects around the food — that killed the whole appetite. The sauces were given in such a limited quantity that they were gone after just a couple of bites, and the fries themselves were half-cooked and soggy.
The quantity was shockingly small for what they call a “large” — especially considering it cost 800 rupees. Paying that much for something so poorly prepared felt disgusting. Everything tasted fake, unhygienic, and badly done. And when we complained about it, instead of fixing anything, they just served us a soda — which was also not that good.
Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish.
