People are now making passive income by licensing their voice to AI…

Eleven Labs is a product that a lot of creators use to clone their voice for videos and Reels…

Now they have an offer where quite like musicians license their music in return for payment, people who think they have a good voice can license it for commercial use…

@theken_web did a story today where they wrote about how a person made Rs 50k from cloning his voice on the platform…

You take out an hour or two to sit and read a script that the platform gives you…

After it processes your reading, it clones your voice, and not just in English, but 32 different languages… including Hindi, French, Japanese, Korean…

And if someone uses your voice in their project, they pay, and the money comes into your account…

Now, the use cases of the product are immense… creators can tap nicher audiences by just translating their content – dubbed in their voice in different languages

But, can you imagine the number of frauds such a thing can enable…

Imagine your voice being used by criminals to make calls… or for questionable video content…

Not everything that pays you in the short term is good in the long term.
