Cost a lot of money to get a mobile home on there. So I was thinking of buying a 10-15k camper. And charging 750-850 a month for it. Just wondering what are your thoughts on having a mobile home or camper for rent. And is it worth it for myself

Dude, I truly appreciate the story, but this is fairytale for Millennials and Gen Z. You're telling me you got a rental property (regardless of location/shape) for 10 grand? On top of that you received a house from family? Brother. This is very inspiring stuff so long as you tell us where the time machine is! None of this is even half way realistic today! Most people have to use their weekends working a second job in order to afford a $1700, 800sf apartment! We have no buying power. The dollar is worth nothing compared to 25 years ago.
