I have a little bit of a conundrum and something that I've been thinking about of how lucky I've actually been to actually receive a house of a will that is paid for and also with something of a creative idea with the location of where I'm at to where I can see about seasonally renting out my house 4 hunters and fishermen but I'm afraid about something of the insurance if something happens of say a hunter or fishermen committing suicide in the rental property that I have actually been told about of where it's a great idea and then also with something of the insurance risk but I'm still taking care of my house and trying to keep and manage and everything else yes I know I'm blessed thank God but that is something of an idea that I have actually been pondering because I know with hunters for the season depending upon whether it's Goose duck deer turkey or even with the fishermen and everything else to try and rent it out I know that that can actually be a very good cash flow for the week and when they want to rent it out for the month then that's awesome but still I don't want to have any suicides in my house that I would actually have provided amenities and also childhood memories because it was something of a family member that left it to me granted I know where I live would be something of a very good possibility to try and achieve this but still I don't know that risk and that liability

Im not in the game yet snd dont plan on it solely being for monetary gain im planning on building my village and having the money the village pay also be what support the village financially and I “fear” it going left and I know its taboo but God willing im doing it with family 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
My biggest fear is not having the capital to withstand 6 to 8 months of somebody not paying the rent.
