I’ve been looking at starting my first business and I’m learning a lot. Realistically, you don’t make crazy amount of money.
If you’re renting out a space; you not only have to cover your supply, but also the space. And if you’re having to pay employees you’re looking at needing to markup your prices to 150-200% just to make any sort of profit.
And it’s a lot of work just to start a business, that in theory may fail. And I get paid more per hour at my day job than what I’d make opening up and running my own business.
With that in mind; I’d want to keep working my day job as my primary source of income. While generating a small passive income from the business I started.
So if you’re wanting to quit your job, you’d need to own several business generating steady profit; and thus buying ones you know are already operating like you’re doing.
Which makes me even question if I want to start a business to begin with or just buy one with the capital I have 🤣
If they were that good… everyone would own one.

You really can't trust people these days to handle cash, my parents hired somebody to work front register and didn't supervise the person they hired and they snug cash into their pockets .
Employee got fired !
Business owners work the business everyday and they know how much cash they place in the register at start of shift and how much they make day to day and when you steal even a little bit then they know.
Business owners are not stupid, that is why they are the boss and others are paid to be the emloyees.
If you hire, hire to clean lot only and keep staff out of the office.
You deserve all your success as you work so hard . The maintenance/repairs ,constant emptying and filling of the vending and coin dispensers is a full time job ,well done and applaud you
