  1. Worked in management at a auto carwash belt driven tunnel in Tampa FL. Membership based. Each location makes 3.5mill-4million a year. Competition is Woodies carwash. Look it up.

  2. RO System – @ 3:55 – you may want to get your RO System checked out you should be making way more permeate. You should be at 75% permeate and only 25% waste, if you have soft water feeding the RO. This much waste is causing your softener to regenerate more which will cause increased salt usage, wear and water usage. As well as RO run time will be longer causing more wear on the RO System.

  3. If you dropped cash from the picture – credit only / touches only – how much of your time would you save? It removes the constant retiree, count, put the cash back in cycle for the car wash. It means you concentrate on keeping less equipment functioning and not doing the daily $$$ count as it's done automatically. Would the savings in time save you half an FTE overall?
