Dude they have concrete asphalt patch bags now they work really really well you need to incestiage trade shows etc snd internet for them. New company they just throw rhem on hole and wet them. Heck you can dry poor concrete in those holes and patch manually with smaller bags then wet. Your wasting money on 50k.
You use actual coins on the various machines? All the car washes here use tokens you buy first: there’s a couple of “change” machine that change a money to token and on the appliances you just recycle token worth roughly a cent each. Or a “re-fillable” card that doesn’t run on credit cards so is cheaper to operate.
Negligence of a parking lot can lead to court.
The next evolution is an automated collection system which counts and recycles quarters
Who pays for vacuums anymore? So many places have free ones.
Who says that? Oy, boy, get them a carwash, mate; it's guaranteed money back, like passive and all. Nah, not messing with its legitness
I pull about $200 a month out of the vacuum dust bags between 9 vacuums. Not to mention the jewelry and random stuff. I just hired an 18 year old kid to go in every other day to sweep and empty the garbage. He works about 2-3 hours a week.
What a nightmare!
I love your energy
Hire a retired guy that wants to supplement his social security. You can probably find someone that will be willing to work part time and when most needed. Good chance they will have repair skills and a good work ethic also.
