Me and Shirish started this video filming 5 months ago. Due to some reasons we couldn’t complete it at that time. Generally April, May is a peanut harvesting season at our village. So one fine morning I went to the farm to harvest peanuts. My elder aunty and her son already started the work. I plucked peanut crops and went home. Then cleaned and washed the harvested peanuts. I put them for sun drying. The next morning I boiled some peanuts, local yam and sweet potato along with corn. Since I was late for my morning chores I ate it quickly with my neighbor Mai. Then after some time I made Roasted peanuts, Salty peanuts and Spicy or Masala peanuts. Stored in a jar for snack time. Then made a very famous Malvani snack Peanut laddu. Next day I prepared an innovative dish that is Peanut chocolate burfi or bites, a very quick and easy sweet recipe. Today we have “Tulsi Vivah” at our village. So when some kids came to our home for the invitation I offered them peanut laddu and peanut chocolate burfi. The kids enjoyed the delicious laddu and burfi.
