I am actually South African and everything they be saying is 🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽
i love Koeksisters, they are very sweet, but the syrup is infused with spices that break some of the sweetness, crunchy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. For my school lunches, i either brought a homemade peanutbutter sandwich, or i'd buy a toasted sandwich (sarmie), usually a ham & cheese. My high school actually had a issue with the petrol station across the road, because they sold pies (we love our garage pies), because students would regularly during breaks go to the garage to buy lunch there, and a high school student leaving the school grounds during school hours is a huge no-no. Eventually the school's tuckshop (the place that sells food) improved their quality so much that the students didn't want to go to the garage to buy pies during the school day anymore.
