Gulab Jamun! 😋 (Winter Special)

Recipe ingredients:

Sugar Syrup:
500gm sugar (2¼ cups + 1 tbsp)
250 ml water (1 cup)

Gulab Jamun:
100g ghee (1/2 cup melted)
150g milk powder (1 + 1/4 cup)
2 pinches baking soda
80 ml water (1/3 cup)
1 egg
120g flour

Milk Syrup:

Cream 1 cup
1 cup milk
1 cardamom
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp milk powder
Mixed nuts 2 tbsp

Pheni/vermicelli as required.

Tips:
* i recommend u use the gram measurements as that is what i used!
*Freeze the dough for a few minutes so it’s not sticky.
*Cook the gulab jamun over very low heat until they come to the surface and increase the flame to low-medium as required.
