I can’t believe I didn’t have podi properly till just last month😵💫
Damn I’ve missed outt! But I’m surely making up for it by having it every single day as a side to my meals or with idlis or even upma for breakfast!
Ingredients I used:
– 1/2 cup chana dal
– 1/2 cup gota urad dal
– 2 tbsp toor dal
– 1 tbsp oil
– 10 to 12 Kashmiri red chillies
– small piece of tamarind
– 2 sprig of curry leaves
– salt
– pinch of hing
– 6 garlic
