Why is it,that whenever I watch a Street food vendor,cooking on a flat grill,that it’s always Black,it should be Silver in color,I’ve worked on Electric and Gas grills my entire life,in a Commercial Kitchen,from High School,through the Army years,after I graduated from Culinary School,to working in two different Hotels in NYC,various Restaurants,Cafes,Banquet and Catering Hall’s, guess they don’t know how to Properly Clean the Grill,in the Army,we had to Pass an inspection,before we could go back to the barracks,or home,if you were married with kids,Health and Hygiene are Paramount,when it comes to the Department of Health Standards.
