I talk a lot about how you don’t need to avoid most of the products people tell you to avoid… but here are some products that I DO avoid โ Let me know which ones you avoid!

whaaaat blue light from screens is damaging for the eyes and skin. while the sun is NOT harmful AT ALL. people DON'T need sunscreen
Gotta be honest, the last thing I considered while first checking out your videos was your lashes. ๐ Iโm sorry some people are so weird.
I loved your rant in the end! You are totally right and thank you for pointing that out. We as women need to stop criticizing one another because of things like our appearance. We totally need to shift our mindsets here. What matters is the content and when we put our focus on that we can achieve way more. So thank you for the great and informative video!
I love The Ordinary for my skin needs, but I donโt like the Pipette bottles purely because theyโre too much of a spill risk. Itโs not natural or intuitive to rescrew the lid on straight away and theyโre easy to knock and then you lose a load of product.
Iโm sure itโs about keeping that โscienceโ aesthetic but Iโd love to replace them with a simple pump
Your eyes are sensitive and very important knowing their function, ie they're not only there to look beautiful, so I don't apply serums to lashes. I do apply primers to my lashes to condition them, as well as mascara, but in both of those cases I only buy fairly expensive brands that have been around for as long as time itself (not literally), but they would have been around when my grandmother was young, still using the tried and true ingredients that they did back then, eg, Guerlain and Dior both use beeswax, excellent for conditioning lashes (also used in their lipstick -most of them), as well as other makeup items as beeswax is gentle to skin (found in most baby products). I won't go on.
Whether you wear mascara or not is YOUR CHOICE! It's not for anyone else to comment on.
If someone "can't bear to watch your natural lashes" they have hang-ups, and aren't worth paying ANY attention to, seriously!
You're your own person, well presented, doing a service for those who are interested in the ingredients of cosmetics and the false claims that many make.
Many people have hang-ups, possibly over your knowledge, or other things that are irrelevant to your appearance. The best thing to do is ignore them (easier said than done, but I speak from a lifetime of teasing about my appearance (my high forehead), my physique, realising only now that they found anything they could find to pick at when I was at school, due to my doing well in my subjects throughout. It was envy.
People are nasty and unfortunately they always will be.
Loved your talk!
Keep it up!

Agree so much with bad packing anguish I often look into the brand, and see if it comes in another form.
One thing, however , I find aluminium tubes very easy to manage with my gadget, It's clampled onto the end of the tube, after which it's turned gradually only squeeze out small or large amounts, but also make sure every last bit of a product is removed (not that good on plastic tubes). I've had rhis for roughly 20 years. Very reliable – couldn't live without it! I'd add a photo, but YouTube won't let me.
Mascara -"Reminds me that my eyelashes are there." Thank you!
It's despicable that people would avoid watching your videos because of your eyelashes, let alone have the audacity to then go out of their way to tell you about it.
Thank you for all of this. I was curious about dip nails, even though Iโm good at doing my own gels. It looked fun. But I definitely wonโt now.
As for mascara, I had a fancy work event that I got dolled up for. I posted photos and the indie makeup brand I was wearing asked if they could repost my look. Only after they posted it did I realize Iโd forgotten my mascara! I have half blonde lashes, so they vanish without mascara. And still no one noticed. Or thought it was weird anyway. I would bet good money that the people whoโve commented only noticed because you mentioned the false lashes at some point. Buncha haters!
Thank you for talking about nail "burst" removers. As a nail tech I've been telling people about the dangers of this product for years but people just don't listen. I really hope people stop using it, but unless it directly harms them, I doubt many will. Atleast I can now link your video as more proof that what I'm telling them is valid.
