    For batter

    2. ⁠1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
    3. ⁠3-4 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
    4. ⁠1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
    5. ⁠1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    6. ⁠Salt to taste
    7. ⁠Water

    For sauté-
    1. 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion (75 gms)
    2. 1/2 tsp Jeera, Cumin Seeds
    3. ⁠1/2 tsp Ajwain, Carom seeds
    4. ⁠Oil or Ghee for Pan-frying
