1. Ingredients:
   • Eggs – 2
   • Salt – a pinch
   • Oil – 2 tsp
   • Onion – 1/4
   • Carrot – 1/2
   • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
   • Pepper – a pinch
   • Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
   • Tomato ketchup – 1/2 Tsp

   Method:

   1. Make the egg sheet:
   Beat eggs with salt until smooth. Lightly oil your pan and pour a thin layer of egg mixture. Cook both sides gently (don’t brown). Take out, roll tightly, and slice into thin noodle-like strips.

   2. Stir-fry:
   In the same pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add onion & carrot, sauté for 30–40 seconds (keep them crunchy). Add Chilli powder, salt, pepper powder,soy sauce, tomato ketchup & mix well. Finally, add egg noodle strips, toss gently for 10–15 seconds & turn off the heat.
