Recipe for Biscuit Pudding
Whisk 1 cup whipping cream or normal cream at speed 6 until it becomes frothy and gets soft falling peaks… Add 1 cup sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence for the flavour… Turn off the stand mixer once everything comes together… don’t whisk for long else the cream will start becoming butter…
The same process goes with a hand mixer or normal whisk.
For the base I took Good Day biscuits as I only had those in hands… biscoff or parle g biscuits would have taken this dish to another level..
Grind these biscuits into a coarse mixture. Mix a cube of butter to it and set them as shown in the video into a tray with the back of a glass…
Now spread the whipped cream evenly over the biscuit mixture… add tutti fruity toppings or nuts or anything of your choice… I had cherries so I added them… Set them in the freezer for 1hr and that’s it… delicious biscuit pudding is ready…
