tastes like chocolate ice cream to me tbh 😋 but first! last chance to use code LILBIG to save 50% off your @myprotein protein and supplement orders 👀
Ingredients: – 1 cup almond flour – 1/4 cup cocoa powder – 2 scoops @myprotein grass fed impact whey isolate in Chocolate – 1/4 cup maple syrup – 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter) – 2–3 tbsp milk (start with 2, add more if dry) – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Pinch of salt – optional: chocolate drizzle or sea salt flakes on top
Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla & milk. Stir until smooth dough forms. Press into a parchment-lined container. Chill in fridge for 1–2 hrs until firm, then slice into bars. (I definitely should have left mine longer in the fridge but I lost patience 😭)
