  1. thats not a real food. that shii doesnt have micronutrients and decent macros. high protein deserts that made with sweeteners are NOT equal to healthy or reasonable choice. its low calorie high protein snack yes but if u got some random sugarcrash just eat 1 piece of ur favorite snack. this type of receipes usually couldnt cure your sugarcrush or satisfied you. if you dont have competition or u are not a elite level athlete %80 – %20 rule is SOOO enough for you. the person u read this comment. yes. includes you.
