I just now realized KCD2’s play on “sir von aulitz”’s (or however you spell it) death! It’s a nod to lion hearts death.
Maybe it was envy? Like the punishment the Sargeant gives in boot camp of giving privileges to a soldier who misbehaves.
It's practically criminal that this isn't common knowledge
The king might forgive you, but England never forgets any slight!
I mean at least he had the heart not to kill a kid, the soldiers did not though
🚡🚡🚡🚡🚡🚡
Find yourself homies who will avenge your death like these guys.
The lion heart title for Richard is extremely miss leading 😂
Yeah most people idolize Richard of England.
However if he made the same actions today i doubt people would idolize him.
He was king of England for 10 years and i those years he spent maybe half a year combined in England and his crusade and later ransom bankrupted England.
He left no hairs leaving his little brother King John to take over the throne upon his death.
if he was alive today i think some might call him on of the worst monarch in British history.
