Now I surely believe that FSSAI's actual work all this while was just to create loopholes for all the consumer brands..

Inside info. FSSAI knows everything. They take samples and keep it with thrm, but takes no action, until you keep paying a security under the table. It is true for brands, restaurants, etc everyone.
