Here’s a simple recipe for Shinwari Chicken Karahi:
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Oil : 1/2 cup
Chicken : 600 gram
Fry it until color changes to golden brown
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp or as required
Tomato : 4 large size
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes
Flame : medium
Crushed red chili : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Fresh chili : 4 to 5
Yogurt / curd : 1/2 cup
Crushed black pepper : 1/2 tsp
Fried crushed cumin : 1 tsp
Sliced ginger
Chili chopped
Coriander chopped
