I thought it was mainly due to Tiger tanks being difficult to get spare parts for once they broke down while supposedly inferior Shermans were quickly repaired or replaced?
America had great Generals…General Motors, General Ford, General Grumman, General Boeing, General Káiser, etc. flooding Europe with American made material 😊
