I have that foot thing u said and went 2 a shoes store called Fleet Feet and they have shoe soles made specifically 4 that. What they do is scan ur feet and tell u where u have the most pressure, they’ll be able to tell you your exact shoe size and the best kind of shoe made 4 u. Side note: 4 my shoes and insoles was almost $250, but it’s so worth it. Gonna purchase the soles 4 a pair of house slippers 2 wear around the house.
Did he say "Olive Oil" and not FOOD LUBE!? Le gasp!

Best way to get rid of plantar fasciitis is to get good insoles in shoes,
and to stretch the calves and the heels. Hope that fixes it for you.
use the right innersoles and rest your feet when you can
I was scared in the 9th minute with the gentleman at the window.😅

How did you do it? While teaching and love cooking and having a relationshi
I struggle… With this. Also a teacher.
I will definitely be making these for my Dad and I. For the plantar fasciitis, my brother and I both had it. You need to stretch your tendons. One simple exercise you can do a couple minutes a day is a wall calf stretch. With bare feet, put your toes on the wall and your heel on the floor, then lean forward until you feel the stretch in your calf muscle. This will also stretch the plantar fascia in your foot. Just go gently at first, but make sure to hold the stretch. The discomfort will subside. Another simple trick is the stair stretch. You stand with your toes on a stair, let your heels hang over the edge, and lift yourself up and down. Same idea as a wall stretch, it targets the calves and plantar fascia.
A little late but I heard crocs are good for bad feet
